Equilibrium Wellness provides our customers a therapeutic experience through a friendly, modern and clean environment in central Singapore (United Square).  To achieve this, we expect our massage therapists to be customer oriented and professional and in the delivery of treatments.  Similarly, we would want our therapists to work in a pleasant and supportive environment where the team works well with one another and provides good coverage and support where required.  Other than competitive pay with commission, training will be provided to the therapists to ensure consistent and excellent standards of delivery.  For strong performers, additional performance rewards will be provided.

Job Scope

·        Perform treatments for customers whilst ensuring their comfort at all times;

·        Actively maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop at all times;

·        Adhere to highest standards of company’s reputation and excellent customer service;

·        Perform occasional coverage of duties for the reception area; and

·        Contribute to a warm and pleasant working environment.

Requirements

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in massage services

·        Possess relevant qualifications such as ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO/NSRSNITECWSQ

·        Positive attitude, team player and pleasant personality       

·        Strong customer service orientation

·        Singapore citizens and PRs, Malaysian (work permit)
